- 2. Select location.
- 3. Collaborated with network contractors.
- 4. Determine Plans, Specifications, and Plans.
- 5. Contract the construction and Lot (with earnest money).
- 6. Formal Loan Application is made (with credit report and appraisal fees).
- 7. Title Commitment is Ordered.
- 8. Letter of Loan Commitment is issued by Lender.
- 9. Builder obtains interim financing for construction and Construction Begins.
